DIY Shellac/Gel Manicure Workshop- Learn how to professionally do it yourself at home and save money.  This is a one night workshop.

Taught by an experienced nail tech and professional teacher so you can learn how to prevent lifting of polish and have long lasting manicures.  Enrollment is limited to only 8 students so you can ask questions and receive 1-on-1 guidance. You will receive a starter package (Bonder, shellac Base, Red/pink CND shellac polish, shellac top coat, professional cuticle pusher and nail clipper, a file, buffer block, lint-free wipes--Value $95)

There will be yummy Vegetarian snacks by Seven Shores Cafe!

Shellac/gel polish lasts 2+ weeks without peeling nor chipping unlike regular polish that chips the next day.

During the 3-hour workshop you will learn:
How to correctly prepare your nails
Tips on how to prevent lifting
Where you can get extra gel polishes
How to shop for an LED lamp and how to use them
About gel products in the market

You will receive a participation certificate, but this workshop does not license you as a nail tech. This is for personal interest.

1 visit to the salon is $30,

Kenya is the owner of her own  home nail studio (Kanvas Nails in Kitchener) and is excited to share all you need to know on how to do your own nails at home.
